Not fic, just about it

So I've mentioned here the next Coffee fic, which I was all set to write. And I've mentioned here that Xander-Dawn-David Nabbit archaeology/tomb raider fic that I've been doing research on.

So what am I writing?

Obviously a Buffy/Dresden Files crossover.

OBVIOUSLY.

My brain makes no sense.

Ain't that the way, though? What I end up promising to write, most of the time, ends up stalling itself until after a very, very long chain of, "Oh! This random other thing popped into my brain today and I just couldn't get rid of it" take over my keyboard.

Better to just go with the inspiration than try to throttle and redirect it, most of the time. =)

Quite looking forward to the Buffy/DF story!

oOo, how you thinking of attacking it? This is a crossover that always interests me a lot.

Well, I'm starting it off with "This is like a comic book. Clearly our protagonists have to fight."

And then we move on to beating up bad guys.

Did you read When Harley Met Korey? That's what I first thought of when you said fight, then team up. =)

I did not read that... though I'm about to. My thought process was along these lines: 'You know what would be awesome? If Willow and Harry fought each other with spells.'

And that clearly had to be written, so off I went.
