To prologue: I'm feeling better now, but this entry's kind of about anger and sadness.

Oh no dear kitty kat... hey I'm at work and I'm using my awesome Dell notebook thingy they gave me. I get a one hour lunch break... and everyone finishes in like twenty minutes... will say more later.

no problem ♥ i enjoy trying to diagnose problems, one of more than several reasons i want to go into veterinary medicine, my love of animals aside. :)

honestly, it looks like it may just be a skin disease caused by parasites, which would (hopefully) be easily treatable, even if it is very widespread at this point and looks more serious than it might be.

i'm very hopeful about her recovery if you could get her put on antibiotics. she doesn't look like she's in serious pain, and although she is malnutritioned (shown by the thinness and matte quality of her coat and her overall general health) she at least looks FED. she may be in a lot of discomfort, but it doesn't look life-threatening. i would like to hear what the vet has to say, if you could get her in.

thanks, dude. i'm actually hoping it ain't so much the mange as maybe a minor bacterial infection (the eyes) plus mosquito bites (loss of fur), to be optimistic? oh heck, I don't know. I'll keep you posted.
