So basically...Cassie and Gerry are at each others throats and throwing things at each other and you are supposed to listen and make everything better?

Not exactly... Gerry and I are both very avoidant (which is not good for Anne, or either of us, really)... so there's no throwing or yelling or any of that. :)

I see no battles, but Anne would know better since she sees both ends of it. I have thoughts on issues, but I'm not in any position to fix anything, so... *shrug*

i think if you are one of the threes company people then...you are perhaps in a position to fix things but...that's just the outside observation not knowing much about it.

but at least there aren't any pencils flying.

Nothing physical flying, no.
verbal . . . at times.
but overtly.

I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I don't know if I can help . . . and still have both of them in my life in the end.
