I was down 0.8 pounds from last week, 54.6 pounds total. Current weight: 296.6 St. Patrick's Day didn't hurt me too much. Yay!

I hope I can still do this.

Life is pretty damned good right now! I did a fantastic show with Royal Crown Revue on Saturday that was extremely well received. The show was a tribute to Las Vegas of the past, fused with Royal Crown Revues trademark energy and attitude. I had a blast, and I think the audience did, too. I just realized I never updated my Livejournal with my latest WW numbers. Here they are: I am up 1 pound from last week. Still down 49 total. Current weight: 302.2.

I'm not too discouraged. Bad habits of the last few weeks have caught up with me as I expected. And I still see my overall progress as extremely encouraging. Thank God for Weight

I am down 1.6 pounds since last week. Current weight: 301.2. That's right, folks, I'M DOWN 50 POUNDS TOTAL!!!!! I am incredibly happy. I can't believe I've made it this far! It's been over a month since my last weigh-in and I've had some trepidation about going back, especially since the Disney World vacation and junk eaten thereon.
Well my fears were unfounded. I've lost 7.6 pounds since my last weigh-in on 12/15.
Total weight loss so far: 44.6 pounds.
Current weight: 306.6 :D

I've almost broken 300 pounds!
