This is a fun story. I love the spin on the traditional fairy tale!

I loved this to pieces. The art is gorgeous and the cover drew me right in, what with the beauty of Emily and Ashley, and the story just fascinated me from beginning to end. I loved the idea in general, the hole between worlds, the princess in distress the not-quite Prince Charming. It's witty and lovely and rather epic and all sorts of gripping. I loved the characterisation, I loved the relationship between Bianca and Alexandra, I loved 'the gang'...it was just an awesome read, tyvm!

Okay so, I've not really read a lot of femmeslash - don't really know why, considering there's plenty of really talented people out there writing it - but I was recommended this by purplevks and thought I'd give it a look.

First of all: great concept. I'm a sucker for these kinds of stories, actually. Where reality and fantasy just seem to collide with each other. The additional twist on what's almost a staple of traditional fairytales is also a nice change from the norm, and, really one of my favorite things is when writer's turn things on their ear.

So, great job there!

Secondly you have a very cinematic sort of style, which is really interesting and seems to compliment the story you're trying to tell very nicely.

Overall I enjoyed this story -- oh, and before I forget, the cover art is absolutely exquisite and really complimented the story and everything so well.

Thank you so much for reading this! I'm so glad you enjoyed it (and I hope you told the artists you liked the art too!) and thank you so much for commenting!

I'm gonna have to ask, though, because I'm not sure if it means what I think it means, but what do you mean by cinematic style? If I may ask? (:

Thank you again! :D

You'll have to excuse me, I'm a film student and sometimes I forgot that not everyone knows what I'm talking about when I start rambling on about stuff.

Uh, a 'cinematic style' is, I guess, where you write in such a way that you do a lot more "showing" then "telling" with your writing, if that makes any sense?

You're most welcome!

Ohh! That makes total sense <3 'cause I always try and write things how I'd see them in a movie. Idk why. Maybe because I do screenwriting too? Either way...

Thank you for explaining :D
