nice idea for a batch, B!

Took quite a lot from these ones and some real beauties you uploaded there. So I give a few back to you:

Anak - Freddy Aguilar
Song from the Phillipines if Im correct. Absolutely dont understand a word of it, but this was a hit in the Netherlands in the late 70's

Yeke Yeke - Mory Kante
Music from Guinee. Was a hit in Europe too. Im sure you know the song.

MouDja - Souad Massi
Oy, Bas....Souad Massi sings so beautifuly, I love her sounds, her voice. Algerian/Tunesian roots....

Vaka - Sigur Ros
A spheric rock band from Island. If you cant sleep, listen to their music. The lyrics are in Islandish...

And last but not least...Youssou N'Dour with Tourista
One of the most famous singers from Africa, Senegal. Made 7 seconds with Neneh Cherry. From that cd comes this song, my favourite.

Well, these are the only languages I can add which so it seems you don't have. I do have a lot of italian, dutch, french and german tunes for you, but you already have enough of that...

Weeee!

I knew such a versed in music friend wouldn't let me down. These sound terrific!

This Yeke Yeke one is a bit familiar... It makes me think of a Scheweppes Tv commercial. Could be.

And you're totally right about Souad Massi - beautiful!

I'm so happy I'll have so many new songs to discover tomorrow!
