Mysterious illness (sickness? ailment?) aside, this past weekend was a good lil visit to Mission Viejo. Kris and I got to visit with the famous Aaron Aviv who is posted in the Coast Guard in Mississippi. So it was especially special to see him and fun as usaul. Lunchtime naps are the best. I used to do it in high school all the time, then once I got to Davis I was a quad slut every day and would nap in the sun. Now I either go out to my car, or we have this room in my office called the "Innovation Room" (I swear, the things we can get away with in Marketing), which is basically a room with big comfy couches, windows, and whiteboards - no computers or phones allowed. I'm the #1 supporter of naps in my office - even moreso than the oldies!! They're great re-energizers. I also decided to stop drinking coffee every day when the year started and it improved a lot of things for me, both physically and mentally.
