The question is, which thing is the bigger embarrassment: the Padres being in first place with a sub-.500 record, or ESPN failing to realize their mistake?

Even the worst team in the NL East, the New York Mets, has a higher winning percentage than San Diego.

That's hilarious! When they coded the site I'm sure they never thought a division leader would be below .500. I guess a version 1.01 is in order.
