Anaheim is only 26 miles from LA, according to Google Maps. The Angels play in a stadium just thirty miles from where the Dodgers currently play. It wouldn't be rational to attempt charging a lease more expensive than the expense of sharing a stadium with the Angels.

If the Angels would be interested in doing that. What the Dodgers do though if that's not an option is a question I can't answer if Dodger Stadium locks out the Dodgers.

I think long story short with all of this is that Selig has shoehorned in several terrible choices for owners in his time as commissioner (Loria, Warner, Ricketts, the initial Tampa group) and this is one of a couple that could be coming home to roost. In the end, I would be surprised if between the MLB and his divorce procedings that McCourt wasn't forced to divest everything Dodger related.
