I don't understand people who are online when their team wins a championship! I'd be gone and my family wouldn't see me for DAYS.

I'm in western Wisconsin, not much partying going on here. Also, I'm still tired after driving through the night last night after being at Game 4, too!

My wife teachs at a university and has no classes on Thursday, so we came down for the game, then drove all night while she slept in the car and she went to teach today while I crashed at home.

and it was worth it, if only to see tony larussa LEAP into chris carpenter's arms and wrap his legs around him the second they won. i never would have guessed he could jump so high. awesome.

watching people celebrate like that never gets old.
