John and Carole at the NT

Before I rant a little in my own LJ in my report about last night, which was great, and advance apologies if I missed it, were we given any indication, anywhere, other than her being at the talk, that Carole would also be signing the book? I'm not sure if it was specifically stated anywhere that Carole would be signing the book (perhaps on her facebook but I don't have the time to trawl through the entries) but given that she was appearing at the talk and that she has done all the book signing appearances with him in the past it was always a very safe bet given that she is the co-author. Shame you didn't stay although it was very very hot in that queue!

I guess so; even if Carole didn't do all the signings on the last book tour, there was Cheltenham and the last NT talk. Oh, well :/

Other half and myself were there and I must admit I assumed Carole would be signing although I didn't read anywhere she would be. By the time we reached the queue it was very long and John and Carole were so great with everyone despite the sweltering heat.

Totally OT, but the set was actually from "The White Guard", a stunning productions that's also playing at the Lyttleton at the moment. :)
