So who's going to be John's guest on this year's tour...

... it really looks like it's Jodie Prenger this time. It's not made officially by Gavin yet, but Jodie posted it already on her site.

I really like her. She's got so much power and a great voice and I am looking forward to seeing her again (saw her in Oliver last year).

tour: 2010

She hinted as much at the stage door at Oliver! the other week - I flat-out asked her if she was going to be touring with him, and she went 'ummmmmmm' and didn't answer, lol!

*hehe*.. Good girl *gg*. Unfortunately she didn't show up at the stage door the day I went to see Oliver, but at least she was performing.

Well for me, that definitely means fewer JB concerts this year. I had heard the rumours, but was waiting to hear before I book my tickets.

I really don't like Jodie as a performer, never have. I always have to fast forward through her duet with John on the album. I didn't enjoy the performance they did together at the Faenol festival. I totally respect John's choice, and that he and Jodie are friends, but I just don't think they complement one another at all.

Stiil, on the bright side, that may mean more pantomimes instead!

Well, I hope it won't be too bad for you then. I really like to see them perform together again and I am really looking forward to it. As usual I am only going to see one concert though.

Well, I thought it it'll be either her or Simon Burke. She's got an amazing voice and I enjoyed seeing her als Nancy. I sure also have the soundtrack now :)

Glad you're pleased about Jodie although I know that an invitation to Simon Burke would not have been something that would be considered.

It's amazing how many do not like that song. I really love it and I think their voices are made for each other. But we can't all like the same things. I hope this won't spoil the concert for you.
