I bought "The Producers" today: I watched 'Springtime for Hitler' first [of course *g*]. I Wanna Be A Producer and Springtime for Hitler are my favourite numbers by far.

Anyway, I offered to make some caps for nixxie_ and there are far too many to place in a comment, so I'm posting them here

It's not out in the US till May *cries* I've seen 5 live productions of it but not the film so THANK YOU! :)

I was meant to go to the West End to see it this Friday, but the group I'm going with cancelled, so I'm going asap! I hope you enjoy the film when you see it!!

I saw it on Opening Night in the US plus a few other times (my dad's actually an investor in the US production, US touring company, the UK production, and 2 other overseas productions that have since closed). Unfortunately, the film was in the US theatres for such a short period of time that I never got to see it.

I can't wait to see the film esp. since John is the Lead Storm Trooper. He looks so different as a blonde! :)

Watching the film just now, my Dad didn't even realise it was him! He is very different as a blonde: prefer the brown, definitely *g*

I have this movie, I bought it yesterday. It's so funny, i laughed so many times when i watched it in the cinema! I don't have a favourite song, I love them all! I do, however, love the crazy-German script-writer who talks to his birds. He's wonderful. Oh, and Roger's "assistant". He's lovely xD

Those two are only my favourites because they're the ones I end up walking around singing for hours... that and they're nice big ol' numbers! :) The only thing I don't like about it is Uma Thurman.

Still haven't seen that! Must rent/buy/rub all over self...except...I hate to say it, but I'm seriously squicked by Blonde!John. Not that he doesn't look fab to the nth degree, and is clearly having a ball - but. Just too blonde!

Those caps are wonderful, having said that - I really appreciate them!
