Strictly Come Dancing, Lottery and Children In Need are all BBC1. GMTV and Loose Women are ITV. Strictly Come Dancing It Takes Two is BBC2.

That's even more than when he was plugging Joseph - 5 times over the space of a weekend.

The Children in Need bit is supposed to be in the 8 to 8.30pm slot, which also includes the DW scene.

We pretty much know the times for most of these shows, so I'll just add that The Big Questions is a Sunday morning show, BBC1, 10-11am, and This Week is a Thursday night show, BBC1, 11.35pm-12.20am
