Most of you might have heard about this "person" who's been impersonating John on Twitter. Yesterday a concerned fan posted this message on Tumblr to spread the word and hopefully help to take this faker down. Since I'm not on Tumblr and can't reblog it, I thought I would share the link here:

John and his team, as well as other fans on Twitter, have reported the fake account. I don't know if the account is still up, but if Twitter gets enough reports they should suspended or delete it.

All John needs to do is report him/her to Twitter. They will kill the account. Laurence Fox did this when someone started an account in Billie's name (she has since joined, though she doesn't really tweet).

But if a huge number of people report the account for spam they'll also take a look at it and kill it off that way as well.

I don't know if that account is still up, but it sounds like a lot of fans had reported it as well as John and his team. I hope it gets taken down soon.
