I am looking for this video Animals at work Animals at work Series 2 Ep 6 the The video and the audio one on U Tube is Terribly out of sync with each other I would love to find one that is flawless Thank You in advance! Ps I Love The Group! AVI or Mpeg format would be ok for me!

I downloaded the mp4 from that link, and it plays okay on my PC. Audio is a smidge off, but not enough that I can really adjust it.

As soon as I saw it though, I was pretty sure someone had posted it here in SOME form last year. So I checked, and sure enough, there's a megaupload download for the avi for it (both the full show and the JB edit) here:
