What do you do when your husband doesn't want you to get another tattoo?

I want a mermaid tattooed on my hip/thigh. I told Eric about this and he didn't seem very pleased about it. I asked him why and he replied "I think you look beautiful just the way you are. You don't need anymore tattoos."
While his sentiment was sweet, I was left feeling a little hurt. He married me knowing I have tattoos and I never said I didn't

I see what you're saying that he'd have to "live with it too" - but that's not really true. He lives with you, not your skin. He really shouldnt have an issue with you getting another one, your body, your choice.
