Man Diablo III's story really isn't very good. Not only is it a railroad, it is a profoundly unrewarding railroad, and focuses heavily on NPCs. That I (mostly) did not care about. And I don't think there was a single plot twist I did not see coming, and I am not that good at this. It really is bad. And part of play is playing through said story

yea.

The main reason I prefer PC play is modding, but I kinda wish that were possible on any platform too.

I wasn't aware the people actually played Diablo for the plot. Isn't the plot for Diablo generally just a framework to get you from one dungeon crawl to the next?
