grab yourself a tennis ball. Lie down on your back with your knees bent/feet on the ground. Place tennis ball under asscheek. slowly lower your hips until you feel the tennis ball pressing into a tender spot. That is Gall Bladder 30.
Let your butt "sink" onto the tennis ball. You can roll it around by moving your legs back and forth.
This should release some of the pressure causing the pain in your leg.

Let your butt "sink" onto the tennis ball. You can roll it around by moving your legs back and forth.
This should release some of the pressure causing the pain in your leg.
