I've always known you should withdraw partials and fulls, but is it the proper etiquette to withdraw queries too?

I’ve had editors and authors mention it at the later stages, but not the query stage.

Queries could be forgiven, it doesn't take much time to read a short query, but in all actuality it is still time.

That being said, that case in question, was a three chapter submission.
