One of the mantras from my breastfeeding support group is, "it's OK to quit. But don't quit on your worst day."

Another tip from group regarding pumping: those little white flaps (on Medela pumps anyway, not sure about other brands) sometimes need to be replaced, and it's not always obvious that there is anything wrong with them when they've worn out.

Not gonna lie, I was excited to read this because I knew I'd be mentioned. *basks in praise* I felt deeply appreciative of the many people who helped me and it means so much to feel like I was able to pass it along.
