no it's not. He gave her the password and permission to use it. He never rescinded that invitation or changed the password. It's the same if she had a key to his place and he never asked for it back or told her not to come over.

That's all I got. I think of Starbucks as the the Denny's of coffee. It's got some good stuff, It's plentiful but not fast-food disgusting, but there are better places out there if you know where to look.
