I'm now officially an Office Manager! This is the best job title I've ever had. Also - I'm now OUT OF HOSPITALITY FOREVER cuz I've finally been able to jump ship. I can't wait to start on Monday now! weee

When you're in a better financial position, hire a maid. Not even kidding. Rates would be competitive in Sydney, and one or two hours a fortnight/a month will just take the edge off things. Wouldn't it be nice to walk in to a totally clean house twice every month? Totally be worth it.

Yeahhhhh I'm not like that though. I'd much rather do it myself and know it's done. My point is that Skye needs to do her share from now on (1minute to my 2hours = not good enough)

That, and I don't like a stranger coming into my house going amongst my things. Not right, imo.

the $55 i spend on my cleaner is the BEST $55 i spend.

the indignity of getting on my hands and knees to scrub the bathroom - esp after I've worked over 50 hours a week. FU bathroom!

but I feel that it's my responsibility to clean up after myself! It's just a part of living in my own place - that's what I think. And even though I whine and carry on about the cleaning, it doesn't take *that* long - and afterwards it makes me happy that it's done! I get a buzz out of it. Weird, I know.
