Wooo.. predictions of snow falling this week. Tues, Weds & Thurs. Estimating about 30cm.... and maybe even up to 60cm!! Oh gosh, I hope so!!! I wish I had Friday off to get those freshies before the weekend crowd!!

Yay, and it looks like I'm going up with Sara - and she's got the 4WD for the weekend too. Sweeeeeeeeet. I can't wait!!! :D

Well aren't we in El Nina now? (as opposed to El Nino) Which is supposed to increase rainfall.

I can always migrate to the northern hemisphere where the altitude will keep the winters colder for longer (at least until my demise)

I misspelled it. It's "El Niño" and "La Niña"

"La Niña is the name for the cold phase of ENSO, during which the cold pool in the eastern Pacific intensifies and the trade winds strengthen."

"La Niña causes mostly the opposite effects of El Niño, for example, El Niño would cause a wet period in the Midwestern U.S., while La Niña would typically cause a dry period in this area."
