thank you all for your kind and nice words, they were heartwarming to us. and lo, all the good energy did help, our kitty is still alive.

so we got Poesie back from the vet. her blood results were weird

well i'm glad that you didn't have to do anything too rushed. i'm relieved that she's okay, if only for now, and that you can better prepare yourselves to say goodbye when the time does come. she is very lucky to have you as her person, and to get the love you give! :)

The poor girl :( But she's got lots of love, and you all have time to prepare, to say goodbye, to love. Give her some extra scratches from me.

I think it is wonderful the vet would come to your home to put her to sleep, rather than making you bring her in. Bringing them in is one of the hardest things you can do.....
