 I have just discovered that my most hated drink to make are green tea lattes

I hate anything soy extra hot no foam. Wtf.

One person orders this fucked up grande americano - two shots long, one ristretto. 8 pumps vanilla on the bottom of the cup, then the shots, then the water, then 4 more pumps of vanilla on top. And you absolutely must get the order right. Because, you know, tilting the cup to drink it doesn't stir it up or anything.

I despise any sort of blender drink, really. It's just way too many steps, and our cold bar isn't set up efficiently.

Oh and a decaf one and a half shot grande 4 pump extra ice mocha frappuccino light in a venti cup with a dome lid.

At my old ghetto store, one guy who loved the 'original' caramel frappuccino now gets a venti 5 pump frappuccino roast 3 pump SFC whole milk 3 splenda dome lid caramel frappuccino light.

I mean seriously? Even partner drinks aren't that fucked up.

I got nothing, but if you mean lactose free, aka lactaid, vs soy milk I envy your store.

I would give a kidney to work in a freaking Lactaid store.

I'm lactose intolerant with soy issues. While I get soy is probably the choice of most everyone else I'd really be happy if I could get lactose free milk.

aww, that sucks. do you mostly go milk free on drinks? we have a decent amount of people doing that. i like the creaminess of adding any kind of milk though

I dunno, if you do them by the recipe cards, they are relatively easy to do. plus i've noticed the few nutcases that actually drink them know what they're getting into, and don't mind if they aren't perfect

one of my favourite's is a partner's mom who orders a venti 7 pump soy extra foam extra hot chai. now that is a delightful drink to make. and she never ever complains, unless its to tell you more foam. haha, love her!
