last night as i was going inside i saw two slugs hanging from the side of the stairs...i thought they were having babies so i called dan out to watch and we took a few pictures before going inside and googling slugs. turns out they were mating! it was so cool! they formed this string of slime and it looked exactly like it does on the website. too

Slugs are sooooo gross.

My family had an infestation for a while. We used Milwaukee's Best beer in a pie plate to kill 'em off. Just set the pie plate full of beer outside and the slugs can't resist it...they climb in and kick the bucket. Pretty funny stuff, although I did feel bad for them.
