Nine more days until I'm due.  I'm getting tired of waking up with contractions and being nauseated and exhausted during the day, but that's the end of pregnancy for you.  My mom and Andy's grandfather think I'll have the baby on Mother's Day, but we'll see.  I'm starting to think I'll go late again.  Hopefully not as late as I went with Caitlin ( ( Read more... )

YES. I NEVER felt like this with Sean and Caitlin and this look at how other pregnant women feel is an unwelcome surprise. I was always one of those obnoxious pregnant women who just LOVED being pregnant even up to the very end. I feel like I've been miserable for this whole damn pregnancy.

I hope it's soon as I can't wait to see photos!!!!

:-)

I went to 45 weeks with Alex and it was awful! Those last 3 weeks seemed like 3 years!

Hang in there!

I hope I don't go that long. I think I'd go crazy. Waiting isn't my strong suit.

You just summarized how I felt my entire pregnancy with Claire. I hope this baby comes soon for you. Try some overbrewed RRL tea, it seemed to help me. Walking helps a lot, too, but I'm guessing you're not feeling much like it in this lovely weather.

God it's hot isn't it!? Last night I had contractions all night long and as soon as I got up they stopped. It was depressing, but even more depressing is that when I decided to check my cervix it's the same as it was weeks ago. I have started taking Evening Primrose Oil and I need to start drinking the RRL tea as well, although the idea of drinking hot tea right now is not appealing.

You can make iced RRL tea :o)
My cervix was the same until I was in labor for 7 hours, how depressing is that? I thought that, because I started from 4cm, it was going to go really fast. Boy, was I ever wrong.

I'm going to have to do that. I got some birthday money in today so I think I'll swing by Earth Fare tomorrow and pick up some things to pamper myself a little bit after my midwife appointment tomorrow.
We might be doing something low key on Saturday if ya'll are interested. Something like going to the Clemson botanical gardens or having a picnic at Falls Park.
