bands suck. musicians are flaky. if you want to truly be happy in life get a desk job with a fixed income and live below your means so you can spend the rest of your money on hiring musicians, because they only show up for cash. and then maybe your album will work out.
but its a itsy chance that anyone will stick around long enough to get anything done, because people dont like adapting to the band's sound, they're' constantly looking for something else that is some whimsical idea of the specific sound they want. and nobody understands that bands are not perfect at first, you have to WORK at it, so if they walk in to an audition and everything is not just so and perfect already then they leave and then ater years go by, they look back and realize they didnt find shit.
