Ohhhhh, that sucks. Oh well. There are plenty of other houses on the market. Another great deal is bound to turn up....especially if you have a better realtor on your side now.

I'm about to refinance with an FHA loan, I wonder if I'll have to do an inspection since I already own the property?

The longer you wait, the more money you will have for a down payment. You may be able to get a nicer home. Keep in mind that it is not too long until you graduate and you will have a better income. It is all positive.
