I'm saying four, for good measure, on the last question. It's hard to be an actual judge of it, though, since I just finished the book for the first time, and I'm sure he'll drop to two or three after a while.

i went with four. just in case he does something in future books (and who knows if there will be future books with) that makes me hate him more. then i can up the anty.

the first kel book actually makes me hate him more, but he holds pretty steady at 3 for me when i'm not actually reading the books. i mean, really, how much worse could he get? (don't answer that.)
