i don't *think* so, cos they spread too much. sugar cookies and shortbread hold their shape/size pretty well.

Hehe. What can I say...just never been into the sweets. Although a friend did bring vegan oatmeal cookies to Dragon*Con just for me. Really good...although I could only eat a half of one. :P

These cookie bars are soooooo rich. And some people add peanut butter chips or butterscotch chips to the recipe, too.
