Sorry to hear about the pain, hopefully the pool will help alleviate it.

And yeah, pain is exhausting. I've switched to meds with less side-effects (pain), and I get so much more done than before. Plus my mood is much better.

So sorry about the pain. I empathize. The mornings I get up alert and not in pain are so wonderful.
