If it's not a regular arrangement, then it makes sense for them to bring their own supplies.
I can't really afford a cleaner regularly, but I know I much prefer it when my house is maintained, and I am definitely not going to do it myself. (I have nothing against cleaning my own house, I simply don't do it. All the resolutions in the world have made no difference, and I've been on my own for a couple of decades. Better to face the reality of the person I am.)
I've been without for 2+ years, and my place was a health hazard. I really have to have a cleaning person. I'm better off going without meals than going without someone to maintain the place.
My first step toward dealing with the mail was to put a box near my front door (in the stairwell, which is on my side of the door). The junk mail never makes it more than four feet into the house.
I would see if the prescriber of the MTX might feel comfortable giving you a week or so of Augmentin to prevent infection from the kitty bite. You can easily get a Pasteurella infection from a cat bite, and last time I had one, I had antibiotics.

And don't store mail in the envelope it came in; throw the envelope away.
