I think I also have to take a stand against a cheese that requires LIVE MAGGOTS as an integral part of its creation. I have to draw the line at eating members of class Insecta. That's just wrong. That's like Fear Factor. So. Nasty.

I was a little horrified to follow links and be reminded that Mimolette contains cheese mites and their excrement and so on, and your relatives may eat Milbenkäse, which contains live cheese mites.

Mimolette is a perfectly respectable cheese, easily available at Murray's. I was considering trying some, and Shizu swears by it. I am now more than a little put off.

Aside from the general squick factor, you should not need goggles to enjoy cheese (the whole "needing eye protection in case they jump into your eye" thing).
