The hospital sent me 16 sheets of paper, of which 13 are questionnaires that I need to fill in, one of which is double-sided. How the hell long is this supposed to take? The double-sided one in particular makes me laugh my arse off:

Cue me adding 100+ and circling that with sarcastic commentary. The latest physios one is similar and takes more handwriting than I can do altho I did complete it. I usually retype out or OCR the questions and answer electronically.

How much is actually relevant to whatever they've sent them for? I'd be tempted to put n/a and lots of ditto marks over most of it...
