Around this time last year I was in Rome, feeling much as I do now. Which is to say, that I didn't feel well. I had my graduation ceremony from the LCB school in Pasadena, and continued my crusade into Italian cuisine

So many congratulations to you from us. You have come such a long way. I still remember you trying to make spaghetti at Bret's house on New Year's Eve. The walls, oh the walls! You are remembered fondly so often. Good luck to you in all you do. Some day Char and I hope to eat at a restaurant where you are the head chef.
