I will apologize in advance for the irregularity in my posts in the last few weeks. I put in major hours, and I am usually heading for the bed when I get home or taking a nap to recover from work. As a result, all my different forms of writing are taking a major beating from lack of practice. It gets no better in the upcoming week, either.

Ah, let them. And if they think it's a bad thing, you can tell them to sit on it and spin. I mean, who are you supposed to be doing your best for, if not for yourself? People sometimes -- aaargh.

It's mad. Truly maddening. I am trying to make the place run more efficiently and all he does is give me schedule grief. Never mind that three of the five managers seem to prefer me. (At least that's how it seems.)

I'll just say this- the product loss numbers have gone down, and the membership sales have risen in the four months I have been there. Plus the place doesn't look like a dump most of the time because I actually CLEAN UP AFTER MYSELF. (Do guys have an anti-tidy gene or something in their bodies? I really wanna know this.)

Did you ask specifically for that weekend off? If you did, and he chose to ignore it (which I suspect), then raise holy hell. At least that's what I would do if it were me.

I normally don't work Fridays or Sundays, so I asked for that day off, knowing it had never been an issue in the past. Then he gives one girl the entire weekend *off* and I am now working her spots. *shakes head*

I am just so tired.....I can't even fight anymore.

Hmmmm...did she ask for the weekend off as well? I'd still raise holy hell.

Alternatively, you could just call in sick anyway. Something I've never had the balls to do, LOL.

Yes. For her *prom*. But the point is we both asked at the same time. I even had someone all set up to take my Saturday shift.

If my stress level keeps up like this, I will have to call in sick.

I would have nipped this in the bud a looooong time ago. It wouldn't have gone this far. But that's just me and my experiences having bad managers.

*pokes you* I haven't seen you on aim lately, not that I've been on much myself. I just wanted to let you know that Hyde's new cd is floating about. It's very good. =D

(and it might be time to visit your brother for your vacation? I hear Hyde's planning on playing a concert in LA...)

Crap. Well...at least they aren't as expensive as Madonna's tix are now. And I don't see any FL dates, so I'd still have to travel, and summer travel is never cheap.....

I think I got ill. LOL But if Ah-nuld could beat him and the robots do the same, that might actually work. :D (BTW, you are evil. :)) How can you tell I am feeling a tad sadistic today?
