You are a very brave and thoughtful writer. I always have to read your stories at least twice, and then discuss them with Mike. Is that creepy?
My scary thoughts go in my paper journal - kids, career, life. On the e-journal it's easier to just tell a good story so my readers can know the characters without identifying them, if that makes any sense. And if I throw in something funny it hardly seems like a betrayal of privacy at all! However, I would like to refine my scary-thoughts-voice too.

Well, when most of your thoughts are scary thoughts, you either have to dive in or run away (I do both, alternately). And the dual reading is probably because I'm never exactly clear. I would get an F in Mike's classes, and probably be pissed about it.
We miss y'all! Well, I miss y'all practically, while barlow_girl misses y'all more hypothetically, since she hasn't met you yet. But still, it's missing. There's so much I'd like to talk about. And you could talk too, eventually.
