Well my week has been good so far. I managed to get my Early Language Development essay in 2 days early and now I'm completely finished with that unit, YAY!! I've started researching for my Audiology essay due on Monday but haven't got very far with that yet. It's hard work doing them bang bang bang one after the other like that, you need a break.

thanks hehe. I find I have to retrain my mind to what I think about certain foods. Foods that I used to eat heaps (and shouldn't have!) I have to stop thinking about in a positive way (like YUM) and think about in a negative way (like too much protein, too much fat, not enough taste value to make it worth it). Hopefully that will work!!
