Well last night Chris and I went to the Australia Day fireworks. It was great  We got to my friends old house in Applecross about 4:30 and she picked us up there to take us to her new house in South Perth. We didn’t have to put up with all the traffic. i agree and i disagree. i dont like the fact the ppl take it too far sometimes with alcohol.

I don't like that either. But it doesn't matter that people want to have a good night with a few drinks, but not to get drunk obviously.

i know...i just dont like the rowdyness of stupid teenagers. and street drinking, and fights and all that yukky stuff. OH, and people that tow your car away cause they suck! lol

Being roughly 6th generation Aussie myself, I'm proud to be Aussie. So I think celebration is a good thing, people just do it in different ways. Getting pissed and hurting other people isn't a good thing...
