Helloooo! My first NEW official batch of icons after a loooong pause. It wasn't easy going back to Photoshop (I even used the CS6 version for thew last ac icons). Ac3 and light..I just use a b&w gradient map. That is what I usually do for light..that and gaussian blur. Sometimes I use textures but it's generally a combination of those two.

I'm especially relieved you like cat5 cause I wasn't really feeling that icon. There's something off, but I can't understand what exactly.

Yes, bottom is very dark. This has been a challenge for me, because I'm trying to use less light since my subjects can be washed out at times..even though every part of my brain screams LIIIIGHT THEM UP!!!!

Seriously, it's like you jumped back in and picked right up again. Amazing colouring and lighting, and your cropping is terrific!

I love all of these but my absolute faves are blur, green, in motion, curious, night, C3-4 and AC 2, 3 & 5. Wonderful set :)

ETA: I also really love the new layout. The blacks make your icons stand out even more :D

Yeah, I guess I decided to go all black, which is indeed my favorite color..but I was afraid it'd look too grim. But then LJ makes it look quite cool eheh Thanks for liking it!
