Youngjae had finally managed to clean up his apartment the next day. He hadn't found any signs of the apartment being bugged be he still found it very hard to believe there wasn't something somewhere in his apartment.

He sighed softly and collapsed onto the couch in the living room. He felt guilty for calling Himchan. He knew it was not a good idea but once he was able to think clearly, he realized the severity that mistake could cause. Himchan's life could be in danger now because of him. He would never ever be able to forgive himself if something happened to Himchan.

Not only did it put Himchan in danger, it put himself in danger in more ways than one. Being caught by Daehyun and his men and being caught by the police for everything he'd done so far. He didn't even want to think of the punishment he'd receive for doing meth.

He breathed in deeply. He could still feel the side effects of the drug and the way it felt. It was a scary, addictive feeling and Youngjae never wanted to mess with it again. It was too dangerous, too addictive. He could remember sneering or judging the addicts in jail, not fully understanding why they couldn't quit since the drugs were ruining their lives, health - everything. But he understood now how addictive the feeling was.

It was a terrifying feeling. The thought of losing control; it was too scary to even think about. He wasn't going to let that happen.

Youngjae could still feel Jung Daehyun's hands on his body and his lips against his own. He could still feel everything. He thought he would regret what he did with Jung Daehyun but he didn't and part of him was ashamed he had enjoyed it so much. He still felt hurt that he was nothing but a fuck to the man but it was okay. He could deal with that.

Feelings like those weren't supposed to develop to begin with.

Daehyun was so intoxicating. He found himself easily melting with every touch or even just a gaze from the man and it was worrisome to Youngjae. He couldn't be like that. He couldn't give in so easily. All his thoughts seemed to revolve around the older man but not in the way they should.

He had needed to focus on his job. He needed to learn how Jung Daehyun did things. From bringing drugs in, to disappearing, to everything in between. It seemed almost impossible. Could anyone really get close to him? He reminded himself Bang Yongguk had managed to do just that. He couldn't figure out how that man had managed to become so close with Daehyun. He was rude and obnoxious, to say the least. What had Bang Yongguk done to prove he was someone trust worthy?

Youngjae pursed his lips. Sex was intimate. Couldn't he use this to his advantage? The problem was - he wasn't experienced and he didn't know exactly what to do. Sure, he could search and learn but it was different actually doing those things. Completely different.

It made him feel so dirty that he was using his body like this. It was never his intentions to do something like this. But, he was going to try and use this to his advantage. What else could he do, anyway? Youngjae stared blankly at the wall and let his mind go blank. He didn't feel like thinking about anything anymore and even though it was hard to ignore his thoughts, he finally found himself drifting off to sleep.

He didn't sleep long until there was a loud pounding on his front door and Youngjae nearly fell off the couch. He couldn't help the loud groan he let out. What did they want now? What was going to happen now?

And then paranoia set in. Had Daehyun's men heard his phone conversation from last night? Were they here to kill him? His heart was racing as he walked closer to the door and slowly looked through the peep hole. Sure enough, it was Bang Yongguk.

His hands were shaking as he reached to unlock the front door and he told himself to get it together. Slowly, he pulled open the front door and met eyes with the older man. “Here to destroy my apartment again?” Youngjae tried to sound annoyed but he was having a hard time keeping his voice steady.

Bang Yongguk smiled. “No, not today.”

“What do you want?”

Yongguk mock pouted. “You don't sound happy to see me.” He pushed passed Youngjae and looked around. “Daehyun is here. I've got to check you for any weapons first.”

“I don't have anything.” He looked down at his tank top and pajama pants. “You are not about to feel me up-”

The man started laughing at that and Youngjae couldn't help but roll his eyes. More than likely this meant he was safe, right? He wasn't going to be killed, was he? Unless Daehyun wanted to do it himself. . .

He watched as Yongguk raised the walkie talkie to his lips and gave the O.K for Daehyun to come up. Youngjae swallowed thickly, suddenly feeling self conscious of his messy hair and pajamas. He didn't want to be seen like this by Jung Daehyun. He knew it shouldn't matter and he shouldn't care but all Youngjae wanted to do was hide simply so the man wouldn't see him like this. He didn't know why it mattered, after all Daehyun had seen his naked body.

He felt himself blushing inwardly at the thought. Daehyun had done more than just seeing though. He snapped out of his thoughts when the front door opened and the older man stepped through, followed by some men of his. He smiled at Youngjae and ordered the men to wait outside the apartment and the younger couldn't help but feel relieved when Yongguk was out of the room.

At least for a moment. Youngjae subconsciously smoothed down his messy hair. “What are you here for?” He asked.

Daehyun walked towards him. “I simply wanted to visit.” He replied and cupped the younger man's face.

Youngjae closed his eyes and waited to feel lips against his own but it never happened. Instead a soft kiss was pressed against his forehead. He opened his eyes and looked into Daehyun's. It felt like the older man was searching his soul through his eyes and Youngjae couldn't help but look away.

“I don't believe you are here just to visit.” Youngjae quietly spoke.

“I'm here to discuss things with you.”

The younger man looked up in interest. “Things?”

Daehyun smiled at him and motioned towards the couch. “Let's sit down, hmm?” He put his hands on Youngjae's shoulders and guided him towards the couch. They silently sat down next to each other and the man pulled out a cigar and slowly lit it.

Youngjae wanted to tell him to put it out but he decided against it. He turned so he was facing the man better. “What do you want to discuss?”

“Your first job.”

The man's eyes widened ever so slightly. This certainly wasn't what he was expecting. Hell, Youngjae didn't even know what he had expected in the first place. This man always shocked him. He silently waited for the older to continue, watching as the man blew smoke out and into the air. Youngjae felt himself becoming intoxicated by the way Jung Daehyun's spicy cologne mixed with the smell of his cigar. It was a good smell; something he found himself growing very fond of.

He found himself staring at the man's fingers and thoughts of the night with him came flooding back. He swallowed thickly and shifted uncomfortably as he waited for Daehyun to speak and when the man finally opened his mouth to say something, Youngjae's heart started pounding.

“Do you have an ash tray?”

Youngjae shook his head, feeling a little bit of annoyance towards the man. “No.”

“Hmm.” Daehyun leaned forward and pulled the bowl decoration towards him before flicking the ashes inside of it.

If it would have been Youngjae's, he would have felt angry. This house wasn't his; it was just a decoy. Nothing here belonged to him. He could feel himself becoming more and more impatient as he waited and waited. It seemed like the man was enjoying watching him as he squirmed and eagerly waited.

After what felt like an eternity, Jung Daehyun finally finished his cigar and set it aside in the makeshift ashtray before turning to fully face Youngjae. “Tell me, Youngjae, what are you good at?” The question surprised him a little. He stared blankly at the man and tried to think of something safe to say but he was having a hard time. The man continued after a moment of silence. “You're very beautiful.” He reached out and touched Youngjae's face.

The younger man forced himself to hold eye contact. “Thank you.” He breathed.

Daehyun smiled after a moment. “I believe I can use your beauty to my advantage.” He chuckled as Youngjae furrowed his brows in confusion. The man stared at him for what felt like an eternity with an unreadable expression. “How do you feel about dressing as a woman?”

“What?” He couldn't help the surprise in his voice.

The man looked at him in amusement. “I need you for a very important mission.” He suddenly turned serious. “I need you to get some information from a rival of mine.”

“So, let me get this straight-” He paused for a moment. “You want me to dress as a woman and spy?” Youngjae mentally groaned. Great. So I'm supposed to spy and get information for the person I'm spying on and trying to get information from. His own thoughts made his head hurt and he frowned deeply. “But, why would I have to dress as a woman?”

“He doesn't like men.” Daehyun replied. “However, he's easily manipulated by women. He'll do anything to please a beautiful woman.”

“I'm not a woman.” Youngjae said through gritted teeth. “Why don't you just find a woman to do this then?”

“I do not work with women.” The older narrowed his eyes. “I thought you wanted to work for me.”

He sighed softly. “I do.” He couldn't believe what he was about to agree to. “Fine. I'll do it.”

“I'll have one of my men give you the details.” And then things went silent. The silence was full of tension and awkwardness. Youngjae wondered if he was the only one being affected by it or if the older man was aware of it as well. Youngjae was mad. Really mad, to say the least.

“Oh and by the way, Youngjae-” He paused and licked his lips. “I am fully aware you're a man.”

Youngjae felt himself heat up as Daehyun's eyes looked over his body. He could feel himself becoming hard and he tried to ignore the thoughts of the other night. He quickly regained his composure and met eyes with him. “I won't fail you.”

The man looked pleased by his words before looking at the expensive watch on his wrist and sighing. “I have to be going now. Yongguk will prepare you for your mission.”

“When is the mission?” The younger man furrowed his brows.

“Tonight.” Daehyun stood up from the couch and started towards the front door. “I expect to see you after you have completed your task.”

Youngjae followed closely behind, unsure of what to say or do now. He could hardly believe this man was sending him out on a mission with barely any notice or time to plan things through. He wondered if this was why Daehyun was so successful. He obviously thought things out but he didn't waste anytime to act on them.

Most drug lords, gangs, anything of that type would plan and plan until they felt it was the perfect time, unknowingly giving the police even more time to find them and shut down their mission. Daehyun reached out to turn the door knob on the front door before pausing. He turned around and grabbed Youngjae by the arm.

The younger man couldn't help the soft gasp as he was pulled close to Jung Daehyun; their faces just barely an inch apart. The older man's eyes were dark as he opened his mouth to speak. “Make no mistake, you are not to do anything sexual with this man.”

Youngjae stared back into his eyes and nodded his head. The man's gripped loosened on Youngjae's arm and his expression softened. He leaned forward and placed a soft, lingering kiss against the younger man's cheek before leaning forward and whispering into his ear. “I don't like sharing my toys very much.”

He didn't like being called a 'toy' but he almost felt pleased that Jung Daehyun didn't want share him with anyone else. That meant something good. It meant, at least for now, his life was not in danger and he'd made another step in gaining the man's trust. Even if for right now he was just a fuck toy, a booty call - whatever the word for it was, he was on his way to gaining the man's trust.

“Daehyun.” Youngjae suddenly felt a burst of confidence spreading throughout his body. He cupped the older man's face and leaned up and pressed his lips against Daehyun's before quickly moving away. The man stared at him with an unreadable expression and suddenly he was slammed against the wall, the man's lips pressed roughly against his own.

He whimpered softly into the kiss, closing his eyes. “D-Daehyun.” He pulled away. “Don't you have to leave?” The man stared at him with a longing look before sighing and nodding his head. He thumped Youngjae lightly on the forehead. “Don't start things we can't finish.” He was smiling as he moved away.

What the hell was that? The younger man thought once Jung Daehyun opened the front door and left the apartment. Had he really almost made Jung Daehyun lose focus? Just from a simple kiss? Youngjae felt a smile appearing on his lips but it wasn't for the reasons they should have been. He tried to shake the thoughts away right as the door opened and Bang Yongguk walked through, carrying a bag with him.

Youngjae had to hold back a groan. “Please don't tell me that's-”

“Of course it is.” Yongguk looked over him. “Here.” He passed the bag to the younger man. “Basically, what boss wants you to do tonight is find out what kind of drugs Kim DooHan is smuggling in. Simple stuff.” The man sighed loudly. “We have to keep up - sell better drugs.”

“Can I ask you a question?” The younger man asked hesitantly. Yongguk shrugged and he continued. “What was it that made you want to work for Jung Daehyun?”

“You should call him boss now.” Yongguk said after a moment. He looked thoughtfully at Youngjae. He seemed to really be thinking over his answer until finally he opened his mouth to speak. “Boss once saved my life. . . I owe everything to him.” The man stared at him. “Simple as that.”

Instead of answering Youngjae's question, it only made him more interested. He wanted to know more but it was obvious Bang Yongguk was not going to explain any further. He sighed and looked down at the bag before unzipping it and peering inside. He didn't realize how deeply he was frowning until he heard Yongguk's laughter.

Now that Youngjae really thought about it, Kim DooHan was another famous drug lord the police had been after. He couldn't imagine the amount of respect he would gain if he was able to stop two drug lords. He could at least get the police onto Kim DooHan's trail, if anything. This mission was a good thing.

“Hurry up and get ready.” The older man broke him out of his thoughts.

He let out of a soft sigh and headed towards his bedroom and gently shut the door behind himself. He placed the bag onto his bed and pulled out the contents, frowning more and more with each item. A small, really small sleeveless crimson bodycon dress, a long blonde wig, a bra and a pair of heels which Youngjae couldn't help but look at in horror.

He picked up the smaller bag and unzipped it, only to stare blankly down at makeup, a travel size can of shaving cream and a woman’s razor. “I'm going to kill myself.” He muttered when he realized he would have to shave. He tried to tell himself, just like he always did, this would be worth it.

And with that thought, he headed towards his bathroom to get ready.

mercy, daejae
