Beginning to the End of my Mortality

One of my many concurrent projects. Promised I'd let KT read it, but everyone else can to if they so choose. It is the prologue and chapter 1 of my manuscript for a linked project(graphic novel/comic). Love it, hate it, steal it, i don't care. I still think it needs more work, alot more work. Critiques and criticisms are welcome.
