Poor insomniac!Neal. Not even a warm blanket. *sadface* No matter how much time he spends in a cell, I can't help but think of his whole personality--not just his preferences for the high life--as being completely at odds with the setting. And while I know the spirit and charm of the show would clash with dwelling on the harsher realities of being an inmate, I do like fanfiction like this that gives a glimpse of Neal not being cavalier about it, and just shrugging it off.
