Emerging from Limbo

Jul 12, 2007 10:13

The last two months have been kinda weird. I spent May waiting and waiting. Usually anytime I have time off from work, it passes in a flash. Time during the month of May seemed to dilate to the point that four weeks took a century's worth of time to pass. And June sped by in seconds. I can't believe that Rhiannon is 33 days old today.

Some maundering about stuff that should be common sense )

inner world, parenthood

*hugs* I'm glad things are going so well. You're a great mom and Chris is a wonderful dad. :)

I can't wait to meet her! I have a little something for her so please let me know what is a good time to come over. I'm off on every other Friday, including tomorrow.

that is so true... It seems like just last week I gave birth to my daughter and now I am already starting to plan for her 2nd birthday (and a second baby.) Time truly does fly.

Just remember, you're only 33 days old as a mother, too. It sounds like you're adapting well, and you're blessed to have the time to spend with her and learn who she really is for now, because it will change very quickly. It's not a chance I ever had, and I envy you.

Thank you for that reminder. I need it sometimes because right now things are still so chaotic that it's hard to focus on the true meaning sometimes.
