I want to thank all our writers for an awesome job! From what I've read, we had some really great pieces submitted, and I'm still working my way through others. We had 48 stories posted last week! Sometime in the coming weeks, I'll be making a master post for all of them, to make it easier to find them ( Read more... )

Awwww. I forgot to tick ticky.

I think we should do this twice a year; mostly because it's only 2K, which really isn't that long of a story. It's not unbearable (coming from somebody who didn't even finish their piece. lolol. But it was school that got in my way.)

Can't you go back? Ticky is always the best option. Always.

That's the one I'm rooting for. Twice a year seems like a reasonable amount - I definitely don't want to do it more than that, as I have a life, and so do the rest of us - but I think that's a good goal.

Yeah, when I originally signed up, I saw that it was only 2K and I was like, ...hold up? It only has to be 2000 words? I actually wrote a 2000+ word fic last night in like an hour and I was like, lol my life.

Sure, in the spring (well, autumn for me) sounded awesome when I ticked the box. And then I thought, uh oh, bandombigbang. ButI can do both, and write a thesis as well next year, because I am deeply in denial.

Well, bandombigbang is more in the summer, isn't it? I'm smart enough not to plan the next round at the same time - but I do know people will probably be working on that all spring. Still. It's 2K!

hahahah, 2k. I wrote 15k this time.

I can't remember the last time I wrote a 2k story. I don't believe 2k stories exist.

But, no doubt I will sign up again, because I'm all about the odd pairings.

Hmm. I didn't take the poll because I can't decide. I probably wouldn't do it more than once a year (and, uh, I have a tendency to fandom jump, so I might not even be in bandom by next year), but I would totally be down for reading rare pairings twice a year.
