To expand: A lot of times the time zones for authors/artists/mixers was difficult to navigate, and having it in multiple places made it difficult to post for people - broken links because someone hadn't opened their post up yet or what have you. While I fully endorse everyone having their own work on their own space, for the sake of having an entire post open when the author wants to go live, I see having it all in one place as the best way to do that.

To expand on my last answer: I have no problem if people want to repost things they made in their own space at the same time, but I also like having everything posted in one space for the official BBB post.

I found myself wishing a time or twenty that there was a post with the posting schedule in it. I wanted to know which fics were coming out on which days!

Could future BBB waves have one?

I really liked the creators having their work in their space. I LOVE the work that the mixers and the artists do, but as a writer posting all three, it's really disheartening to get 10 comment notification emails and then realise 5 are for the mix, 5 are for the art, and you haven't gotten any comments for the fic you wrote. With people posting in their own spaces everyone gets their own comments.
