Yesterday, in my Spanish II class, I was casually listening to what two of the girls up front were talking about while reading through my copy of Twilight. I personally hate Twilight, but like you, I don't bash people who like it. I just attack the series. I personally think it contains highly disturbing glorification of abusive relationships, sexism, teen suicidity, pedophilia, and necrophilia. It's also not very well-written (bland character development, purple prose, and every other sentence is about how Edward is the epitome of physical perfection). Ugh. I really don't understand what all the hype is about. I'm just a LOLfan of it. XD
