Most every country has some sort of unique citizen identification number. In the Netherlands, it's the BSN. In the United Kingdom of Great Britain, it's the National Insurance Number, or NIN.

In order to obtain a NIN as a foreigner, one is to call their special telephone number and make an appointment for an interview at the nearest Jobcentre Plus ( Read more... )

Somehow, a spam email was sent from my Hotmail account to my entire contact list, including my Live Messenger contacts.

I've immediately scanned my system for trojans and viruses, and changed my password.

If you've received an email from my hotmail account today, please delete it without opening.
